Licensing is the process of certifying the competencies
and capabilities of energy efficiency service providers by a trusted entity.
The Saudi Center for Energy Efficiency (SEEC) is responsible for conducting the
licensing process through the Energy Efficiency Service Provider Licensing
Committee for service providers that carry out activities related to energy
efficiency projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The licensing system aims to:
- Provide
reference and guidance to the wide base of clientele that plan to acquire
energy efficiency services both in the buildings and industrial sectors.
- Develop
national expertise among energy professionals in this specific business
field.
License types
The Saudi Energy Efficiency Center (SEEC) is the entity
responsible for the licensing process for service providers who carry out

The applicant can apply for a full or provisional license
based on the applicant's experience.
